About these reviews
How does HeadPills collect client reviews?
We ask after a project goes live, in the client’s own language, and publish what they wrote or approved in writing. Reviews written in Polish, Ukrainian or Russian are shown with the original next to the translation. Nothing is edited for flattery, and nothing is published without the client’s word.
Why are there no star ratings on the reviews page?
Because we do not collect them. A star without a sentence says nothing, and an average of stars invites the temptation to round up. Every review here is a sentence a named person agreed to have published.
Can I contact a client who left a review?
For the projects with a case page, the live site is linked and the client is named; you can reach them through it. We do not hand out clients’ contacts, and we do not ask clients to take calls on our behalf.
