What we run ourselves, measured, with the limits on the same page.
Before a rule goes on a client page it is tested on us: our inbox, our site, a market we work in. The number is frozen before it is read; if it cannot be published honestly, the page says why.

About this section
What does HeadPills run for itself?
A watcher over our own message archive that raises dropped conversations every morning, a website built on the same rules we sell, and studies of markets we work in, such as the clinic website benchmark. Each one is measured and the numbers are on these pages with their limits.
How does HeadPills measure its own systems?
By freezing the ground truth before the number is read: a list of sites, a set of hand-marked losses, a rule for what counts. Then the system is scored against it. If the people marking the truth do not agree enough, the number is not published, and the page says so.
Which experiments were stopped, and why?
Anything that sent messages on its own was stopped before it started: every system here drafts and a person sends. A version of the watcher that wrote its own follow-up texts was switched off in August 2026 because the texts were not good enough; people write the words, the system finds the conversations.
