No page builder, no plugins to update, nothing to break in a year. The page is a few files you can hand to any developer.
Websites · built in code
A custom coded website, built with AI in about a week.
One page that says what you do, how much it costs and how to reach you. Written in code, not in a page builder, so it loads fast, ranks on the basics and lives on hosting in your name. From €500, fixed in writing before we start. This site was built the same way.
Who this is for
When one good page beats a big site
The requests we hear before a one-page build. If one of them sounds like yours, this is the right size.
You need a page this week: what you do, prices, a form. Not a portal you will fill in later.
A clinic, a workshop, a consultant, a studio: the page has to sell one thing clearly and be easy to find.
A course, a season, an opening. The page lives for months, not years, and has to be ready fast.
Before building the whole site for a new service, see whether people write. A week and €500 is the cost of finding out.

- ThuContact form, speed, search basics
A form that lands in your inbox, page titles, sitemap, fast loading on mobile.

The week
What is included, and what is honestly not
A one-page site in code is a fixed shape: it is fast because it is small. The list on the left is the whole scope. Anything beyond it is a different build with its own price, and we say so before you pay.
This page you are reading was built in code the same way, with AI, in the same studio.
What you get

Questions
Questions people ask about a site in code
Custom coded website vs WordPress: which one do I need?
If the site is one page with one offer and you will not edit it every week, code is faster, lighter and cheaper to host. If your team adds pages, posts or products regularly, you need a CMS, and WordPress or a custom site with an editor is the better fit. We build both and say which one on the first call.
How much does a custom coded website cost?
A one-page site built in code is from €500 and takes about a week. A multi-page custom website with an editor is from €1 000. The price is fixed in writing before we start and includes hosting set up in your name.
What is included in the week, and what is not?
Included: structure, design in code, your text and photos placed, a contact form, page titles and sitemap, mobile speed, launch on your domain and one round of edits. Not included: an online store, a blog or catalogue, more than one language, and bespoke animation. Each of those is a separate quote.
How does a week-long build work?
Monday is the brief, Tuesday you already see the real page on your phone, Wednesday and Thursday fill it with your content, form and search basics, Friday it goes live on your domain. The week starts when we have your text or the material to write it from; that is the only thing that moves the date.
Who owns the code and the hosting?
You do. The site lives in a code repository and on hosting registered to you; we hand over the access at launch. There is no monthly fee to us to keep it online, and any developer can take it over later.
“I liked that they worked in clear steps: design first, then mobile, then release. You always know exactly what stage you’re at. Thanks for the site.”
“Really happy. They built the site, moved it onto our own domain, and stayed in touch the whole time. Whatever I asked, I got an answer right away. Thank you!”
