What the price covers

Included

The call, the written quote, the work named in it, one round of edits after handover, the accounts opened in your name, and the handover itself: files, access, a short walkthrough.

Not included

Third-party bills that run on your accounts: hosting where you choose paid plans, domains, paid AI models, ad budgets, stock photos and licences. We name them in the quote so nothing appears later.

Extra work

Anything outside the quote is a new quote at the same ladder: a new page, a new process, a second language. We say “that is new work” before doing it, never after.

Questions

Questions about money

How much do automation agencies charge?

Most agencies quote per project or per month, and the range is wide because the word covers everything from one connected form to a full custom system. Our prices are per process: from €500 for one process, from €1 500 for a system of several. Ongoing costs are only the tools the system runs on, which are on your accounts.

Is there a monthly fee to run an AI agent?

Not to us. The agent runs on your accounts: the AI model, the messaging platform and the hosting bill you directly, usually tens of euros a month for a small business. We quote those before you decide, and you can switch them off any time.

Which currency do you invoice in?

Euro by default; Polish złoty for companies in Poland if you prefer. For the United States we invoice in euro or US dollars. The price on the quote is the price on the invoice.

Can we pay in stages?

Yes. The usual split is a part at the start and the rest at handover; longer projects are billed by stages agreed in the quote. There is no charge for the call or the quote itself.

What changes the price?

Scope, not hours: more pages, more languages, more channels connected, integrations with systems that have no ready connector, and content we write instead of receiving. Every one of those is named in the quote before we start, so the price does not move during the work.

What happens with changes after handover?

Small edits in the first weeks after launch are part of the project. New pages, new processes and new features are a new quote, priced the same way as the first one. Your team can edit the site itself; that is why we hand over the editor.

Do prices differ for Poland, Ukraine and the US?

No. The same ladder applies everywhere; what differs is the invoice currency and VAT treatment. Companies in the EU get an EU invoice; companies outside the EU are invoiced without VAT.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first call and the written quote cost nothing and oblige you to nothing. We take on a project only when the scope is clear enough to fix a price.
