Esthemind: a site that has to look expensive, because cheap reads as unsafe.

Esthemind organises treatment abroad: plastic surgery, dentistry and hair transplants across Europe, Turkey and South Korea. Choosing a surgeon in a country you have never visited has to feel safe, so the brief was precise: it had to look expensive. Webflow, three languages, the patient’s journey explained step by step.

The project

Task, approach, what went live

The task

Esthemind organises medical tourism and states on its site that it works with more than fifty verified clinics in fifteen countries. The patient is choosing a surgeon in a country they have never visited.

In this category a cheap-looking site reads as a medical safety signal, not a taste problem. The site had to look expensive and answer what actually worries people: travel, translation, recovery, who meets you at the airport.

The approach

We led with the network and the standard of care, then explained each procedure clearly, then addressed the worries in the order a patient has them.

Destinations sit as tabs on a procedure page, so comparing Turkey, Europe and Korea takes one click. A consultation request is on every screen that matters, and the phone is one tap away.

What went live

A Webflow site in Czech, Ukrainian and English with clinics, procedures, reviews, a consultation form and a phone button, edited by the client’s team. Domain and hosting in the client’s name.

What the site does

Seen on the live site, September 2026

  • Trust before the ask

The network, the standard of care and real results come before the form.

  • Destinations compared

Turkey, Europe and Korea as tabs on one page instead of three sites.

  • Three languages

Czech for the home market, Ukrainian and English for patients who arrive from elsewhere.

  • A person to call

Consultation request and phone button on every screen; the next step is a human, not a chatbot.

“Our patients come from different countries, so the site had to work in several languages and feel trustworthy from the first screen. HeadPills built it that way: clear structure, calm design, every language in place. Enquiries now come through the site.”

Questions

Facts about the Esthemind project

What languages is the Esthemind site in?

Czech, Ukrainian and English, each as a separate set of pages. Patients come from different countries, so the site could not be one language with a translator widget.

Why does the Esthemind site show destinations as tabs?

Because a patient compares before asking. Turkey, Europe and Korea sit side by side on a procedure page, so the comparison takes one click instead of three sites.

What platform is Esthemind built on?

Webflow. Clinics, procedures and reviews live in collections the team edits without a developer; the layout is locked so edits cannot break it.
