Website for a medical aesthetics clinic: the visit booked from the first screen, the reminder sent, the price a patient can find.
We measured 272 clinic websites in the US in August 2026: 92.4% show a booking button and 36.7% connect it to something that can take a booking; 86.9% publish no price list. A clinic site works when the booking is real, the reminder goes out, and the price and the doctor are on the page. We build that, with the data rules a clinic needs. From €1 000.

What goes wrong
It opens a form that lands in a mailbox. The patient waits for a call, the receptionist is with a patient, and the slot is booked at the clinic next door. Our study: 92.4% have the button, 36.7% have the booking.
A visit booked three weeks ago, no reminder, an empty chair at ten. The reminder that would have filled it costs less than the empty hour.
86.9% of the clinic sites we measured publish no price list; among dental practices, 95%. The patient assumes the worst and calls the clinic that answered the question on the page.
A typical system
A typical system for a clinic
The same parts as on every page of this site, arranged for this business. Each module is a solution page; the marker walks through them. Hover to hold.
- 01A site built for a patient on a phone
Treatments with prices from, doctors with faces and credentials, before-and-after where the law allows, and a booking that is one tap from anywhere.
solution page → - 02Booking connected to the calendar
The booking lands in the clinic’s calendar or booking system, not in a mailbox; confirmations and reminders go out on a schedule; a freed slot goes back to the list.
solution page → - 03Questions answered from one inbox
Prices, preparation, parking, “is this treatment for me”: drafts from your own data, approved by a person. Medical questions go to the doctor without a draft.
solution page → - 04A brand that reads as care
A mark, a palette and rules that work on a door sign, a lab coat and the feed. NOWA Clinic’s identity is this case.

Who exactly
Businesses inside clinics we build for
Treatments with prices, doctors, booking and reminders; a site in the language of the city and in Ukrainian where patients need it.
Courses for practitioners next to the treatments: two audiences, two paths, one site. TK Cosmetology is this case.
Several languages, trust signals for a patient who has never been to the city, a coordinator’s contact in the first screen. Esthemind is this case.
The same rules apply: booking, reminders, prices from. We have not published a dental website yet; the study covers 272 clinics, dental included.
“Our patients come from different countries, so the site had to work in several languages and feel trustworthy from the first screen. HeadPills built it that way: clear structure, calm design, every language in place. Enquiries now come through the site.”
Specifics
What is different in clinics
Booking and contact data are personal data; health details in a form are special-category data. Forms ask only what the visit needs, storage is named in the privacy notice, and a data processing agreement is signed before any assistant touches patient messages.
Prices, hours, preparation and directions from your own data, with a note that it is an assistant. Diagnosis, contraindications and anything about a person’s health go to the doctor without a draft. No client AI-agent deployment in this industry yet; we say so.
A voice agent on the clinic phone is possible in principle; we do not put it first. Booking from the site and reminders by message cut the calls before any agent is needed.
Before-and-after photos, claims and promotions follow the rules of the country and the profession; the site is built so a claim can be removed without rebuilding the page.
Price
A clinic site starts from €1 000; booking, confirmations and reminders as one process from €500; identity from €1 000.
Fixed in writing after a short call. Every price on this site starts from €500.
Questions
Questions from clinics owners
How do you connect online booking to the clinic’s calendar?
The booking on the site writes to the system the clinic already uses, or to a calendar with the doctors’ hours, and the patient gets a confirmation on the channel they chose. If the clinic has no system, we set up one that the front desk can run. The test before launch is a real booking that appears in the calendar without anyone retyping it.
How do reminders cut no-shows at a clinic?
A confirmation the patient actually receives, a reminder a day before with one tap to confirm or move, and the freed slot offered to the waiting list. Drafted by the system, approved once as a rule. We do not promise a percentage; it depends on your patients and your policy, and we measure it after the first month.
What did your study of clinic websites find?
We measured 272 clinic websites in the US in August 2026. 92.4% show a booking button; 36.7% connect it to a system that can take a booking. 86.9% publish no price list, 95% among dental practices. 6.3% publish the four things an AI assistant needs before it can recommend a clinic by name. The method and the data are published in our research section.
Can AI answer the phone at a clinic?
Technically yes; we do not recommend starting there. Most calls are about prices, hours, preparation and moving a visit, and those are answered faster by a site that publishes them and a booking that works. An assistant can draft written replies from your data with a person approving; a voice agent comes after a data processing agreement and only if the calls still justify it. We have not deployed an AI agent for a clinic yet.
