Nowe Swojczyce: a brand and a site for a development that did not exist yet.

A residential development in Wrocław sells one building, not a catalogue. We built the name’s look, the palette and the site as one project, so a buyer asked to imagine a home feels it is a safe decision. Webflow, visualisations, a viewing request of three fields.

The project

Task, approach, what went live

The task

Nowe Swojczyce is a development of houses in Wrocław. Selling one building is a different job from selling property in general: there is no catalogue to hide behind and no second option to offer a doubting buyer.

The building did not exist when the site had to. The name, the palette and the tone had to turn an address into a place somebody wants to live, and the site had to carry that with visualisations instead of photographs.

The approach

We built the identity and the site as one project, not two. The site is structured around one feeling and then the evidence for it: what the district is like, what is within walking distance, the layouts and the finishing standard.

Visualisations do the heavy lifting, since the buyer is asked to imagine a home instead of inspecting one. The viewing request stays at three fields; the page stops when there is nothing more to say.

What went live

A brand and a Webflow site in Polish that the client edits on their own: availability, texts, news. Domain and hosting in the client’s name.

What the site does

Seen on the live site, September 2026

  • One development, one story

The first screen sells the place, not a list of parameters; the parameters follow when the visitor is ready.

  • Visualisations instead of photos

The houses are shown as they will be, because they were not built when the site launched.

  • Viewing request in three fields

Name, phone, message. Nothing that makes a buyer close the tab.

  • District and distances

What is nearby and how far, because a home is bought with the neighbourhood.

  • Editable by the client

Webflow editor for texts and availability, no developer needed.

  • Brand across carriers

The same mark and palette on the site, the sign and the sales materials.

“I am happy with it. I am sending it round to the other partners and the sales team now.”

Questions

Facts about the Nowe Swojczyce project

What platform is the Nowe Swojczyce site built on?

Webflow, with a custom design. The client edits texts, availability and news in the Webflow editor without a developer.

Did HeadPills make the Nowe Swojczyce brand as well as the site?

Yes. The identity and the website were designed as one project, so the palette, the tone and the pages say the same thing on the site, the sign and the sales materials.

Why does the Nowe Swojczyce site use visualisations instead of photos?

Because the houses were not built when the site launched. Visualisations show the homes as they will be; when the development is finished, photos can replace them in the same layouts.
