Not a software product and not a big agency: a founder who answers your first call, a small circle of regular contractors, and a rule that everything we build is handed over in your name. We run the systems we sell on our own studio first.

Who
A founder and the people who do the work
Dmytro Barinov founded HeadPills and runs it: strategy, the first call with every client, the structure of every site and system, quality before anything is shown, and the automation the studio runs on. He is the person who answers when you write.
Regular contractors do design, development and content: people who have worked with the studio for years, each on the part they do best, named in your quote. There is no account manager between you and them, and no promise of a night shift. Partner Anastasiia handles client communication and outreach.
AI tools are used where they make the work faster without making it worse: visuals for a site that has no photos yet, first drafts, the code of this very website. When AI made the visuals, the page says so.

Are you an agency or a freelancer?
A studio: one founder who runs strategy, sales and quality, and a small circle of regular contractors for design, development and content who have worked with us for years. No account managers between you and the people doing the work, and no night shift promised.
Can we keep our project confidential?
Yes. We sign your NDA or send ours. Some projects never appear on this site for that reason; the cases you see here are published with the client’s name and consent.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, in calls, in messages and in the sites we build. Contracts and invoices are in English or Polish.
Who actually does the work?
Dmytro designs the structure, writes the brief and checks every page before you see it. Design, development and content are done by the regular contractors named in the quote, each on the part they do best. AI tools are used where they make the work faster without making it worse, and it says so on the page when they were used for visuals.
Why HeadPills and not a bigger agency?
Because the person you talk to on the first call is the person responsible for the result, the price is fixed before the work and stays fixed, and everything we build is handed over in your name. We also run the systems we sell on our own studio first.
Which company issues the invoice?
Head Pills Dmytro Barinov, a registered business in Wrocław, Poland. EU companies get an EU invoice with VAT handled under EU rules; companies outside the EU are invoiced without VAT.
