Stages
From the first call to handover
The marker walks through the stages on its own. Hover one to hold it.

Twenty minutes on what you need and what you have. Within days: scope, price and date on one page. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- 02Structure and first screen
What the page has to say and in what order; for a system, how enquiries move today and where the rules go. You see the first screen live, not in a mock-up.
- 03Build
Pages, design in code, integrations. You get a link that updates as we work and a short note when something is worth looking at.
- 04Your review and one round of edits
You read it on your phone and on a desk, we collect everything in one list and fix it in one pass. What is in scope is included; what is new is named as new.
- 05Launch and handover
Your domain, your hosting, your accounts. A walkthrough of the editor or the inbox, the files, the access. It keeps working without us.
What is included
The call and the quote, the work named in it, a preview address that updates as we build, one round of edits, handover with a walkthrough, and small edits in the first weeks after launch.
Structure, design in code or an editor, your text and photos placed, contact form, titles and sitemap, speed on a phone, launch on your domain with hosting in your name.
Channels connected, rules written with you, drafts a person approves, handover rules for money and complaints, documentation, and the accounts it runs on in your name.
Revisions
One list, one pass, and an honest line between edit and new work
A different photo, a shorter paragraph, a colour, a moved block, a fixed typo, a form that should go to another address. Included.
A page that was not in the scope, a second language, a new process, a store where there was a site. Quoted from the same ladder before we touch it.
You send everything in one message or one call; we turn it into a numbered list, mark each line as edit or new, and fix the edits in one pass.
The first screen is shown before the rest is built, so a change of direction happens early and costs nothing. Two attempts; if neither fits, we stop.

How many rounds of revisions are included?
One full round after the build, collected in one list and fixed in one pass, plus small edits in the first weeks after launch. In practice most projects need less, because you see the first screen live before the rest is built. Anything outside the quote is named as new work before we do it.
What if we do not like the first design?
You see the first screen before the rest exists, so the disagreement is cheap. We change the direction at that point at no extra cost. If we cannot find a direction you like within two attempts, we stop and you pay only for the stage that was done.
What do you need from us to start?
A decision-maker on one call, your logo and materials if they exist, text or the material to write it from, photos or permission to make them with AI, and, for a system, access to the tools it must connect to. The date in the quote starts when we have these.
Can our team edit the site after launch?
Yes. A custom website comes with an editor your team can use; a one-page site in code comes with the files and a walkthrough. We hand over the logins at launch and stay reachable for questions.
What is not covered by a fixed price?
Third-party bills on your accounts: hosting plans you choose, domains, paid AI models, ad budgets, licences. And work outside the quote: new pages, new processes, another language. All of it is named in advance.
Which accounts are opened in our name?
All of them: domain, hosting, editor, automation platforms, API keys, analytics. If an account has to be created by us for speed, it is transferred to you at handover. Nothing you pay for is tied to HeadPills.
