Business systems · Custom AI agents

Custom AI agent development: an assistant built for one business, not a box.

An agent that reads your calendar, price list and customer records, answers the questions that repeat, drafts what needs a person and hands over the rest. It says it is an assistant, it never sends money answers on its own, and it belongs to you. From €500 for a basic assistant.

Business systems · from €500 · gated by access, not content · No client deployment yet. We run this for ourselves and build it per client.

What it is made of

A conversation, three tools, and one exit to a person

Watch a message travel. Hover a node to hold it.

What you get

An assistant that knows your facts

Hours, prices, services, free slots, the customer’s history. It answers from your data, not from the internet, and says so when it does not have the fact.

Rules in writing

What it may answer, what it drafts for a person, what it never touches: money, complaints, health, legal. A named person and a fallback for every handover.

Your accounts, your logs

The model, the messaging platform and the hosting are on your accounts. Every conversation is logged; you see the handovers and where the agent needs more facts.

Who this is for

Businesses where the same twenty questions arrive every day

Clinics and salons

Hours, prices, what a procedure involves, a free slot. The agent answers from the price list and the calendar; anything about health goes to a person.

Shops and e-commerce

Availability, delivery, returns, order status from the store data. Complaints go to a person with the order history.

Services with a price list

Workshops, cleaning, repairs: what it costs, when you can come, what to prepare. A quote stays with a person.

Anyone with a messenger inbox

Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat in one place, first replies within a minute, handovers with a summary.

Proof

Run for ourselves; no client deployment published yet

We say this plainly because the alternative is a fake case. What we run on our own studio, with sources.

What could go wrong

And what is built in against it

It answers wrong

It answers only from your facts, drafts anything uncertain for a person, and every reply is logged. Wrong answers are fixed in the facts, not patched by hand.

It pretends to be a person

It cannot: the first message says it is an assistant, and it repeats that when asked. We do not build agents that hide this.

It talks about money or health

Never on its own. Those topics stop the agent by rule; a person gets the conversation with a summary.

The bill surprises you

The model and platform costs are on your accounts, quoted before you decide, with a cap you set. You can switch it off any time.

  • Says it is an assistant. In the first message and whenever asked.
  • Recording notice. Calls are recorded only with a notice naming the reason and the retention period.
  • Handover to a human. Emergencies, complaints, money and health go to a named person with a summary.
  • Drafts by default. Sending on its own is switched on only per process, in writing.

Questions

Questions owners ask about AI agents

AI agent vs chatbot: what is the difference for a small business?

A chatbot answers from a script: pick a button, get a canned line. An agent reads the message, looks things up in your calendar, price list and records, drafts a reply that fits, and hands over when it should not decide. The difference shows the first time a customer asks something the script did not foresee. Both are fine tools; the agent is the one that reduces work instead of deflecting it.

How much does an AI agent cost per month to run?

The build is from €500 for a basic assistant on a site or a messenger; the running cost is not paid to us. It is the AI model, the messaging platform and the hosting, billed to your own accounts, usually tens of euros a month for a small business at normal volumes. We quote the expected monthly bill before you decide, and you can switch it off any time.

Can an AI agent act as a receptionist and answer the phone?

For messages, yes: website chat, Instagram, WhatsApp, email. For voice, we build it only after the recording notice, the handover rules and the data agreement are in place, and we do not put a voice agent first on any page until a client deployment has run long enough to be honest about it. Today the voice part is an audit and a plan, not a switch.

What happens when the agent does not know the answer?

It stops and hands over: the customer gets a short honest line that a person will reply, and a person gets the conversation with a summary and, where useful, a draft. Money, complaints, health and legal questions go to a person by rule, always. The log shows every handover, so you see where the agent needs more facts.

Is it legal to use an AI agent with customers in the EU?

Yes, with obligations: people must be told they are talking to an assistant, personal data is processed under GDPR on a proper basis, call recordings need a notice, and under the EU AI Act a customer-facing assistant carries transparency duties. We build all of that in and write it into your rules. This is prepared for your lawyer to confirm; we are not a law firm.

How do call recording, disclosure and handoff work in practice?

Disclosure: the first message says it is an assistant, and it repeats that if asked. Recording: a notice at the start of a call with the reason and the retention period, texts you approve. Handoff: a written list of what always goes to a person, with a named person and a fallback. All three are part of the delivery and of the trust page.
