Mood Board: atmosphere first, then a calculator for the finance decision.

Mood Board builds immersive multisensory spa rooms and sells them to hotels, resorts, clubs and private buyers. The product is an experience; the purchase is a finance decision. We opened with atmosphere that asks for nothing, then turned cold and useful: what the technology does, and a calculator where an operator enters their own numbers.

The project

Task, approach, what went live

The task

Mood Board makes 5D wellness technology combined with building control, sold to luxury spa complexes, hotel chains, private clubs, resorts, residences and yachts. On essentially three pages the site had to sell a sensation and survive a procurement department.

A hotel group does not buy from renders. It buys from a number it can defend in a meeting.

The approach

We let atmosphere carry the top of the page and ask for nothing, then turned deliberately useful: what the technology does, what changes for guests, the effects one by one.

The calculator is the argument: an operator enters their own occupancy and price and watches the payback, then books a business consultation.

What went live

A Webflow site in English with offers, cases, a profit calculator and a consultation booking, edited by the client. Domain and hosting in the client’s name.

What the site does

Seen on the live site, September 2026

  • Atmosphere that asks for nothing

The first screen sells the feeling; the request comes later.

  • Effects explained

Each of the eleven effects as a short, concrete description, not a slogan.

  • Numbers the buyer can defend

The calculator turns a sensation into a payback figure for a finance meeting.

  • One next step

Book a business consultation, on every screen.

“We sell a product people have to feel, so the site had to be calm, clear and beautiful at the same time. HeadPills got the balance right: it explains what Mood Board is in a minute and looks premium doing it.”
