Brand · Rebranding
Rebranding agency: keep what people recognise, change what stopped working.
A rebrand is not a fresh start; a fresh start throws away recognition you paid for. We audit what people recognise and what they get wrong, build the new identity on the part that works, and roll it out across site, social and print with a date and an owner for every carrier.
three logos in use · four colours · a font from 2009
one mark that holds small · three colours with rules · type that works on a screen
What you get
What customers and staff recognise, what they get wrong, which carriers disagree with each other. The answer to “what stays” before any drawing.
Mark, colours, type and rules built on the recognisable part. Delivered as an identity or a brandbook, with files and rights.
Site, profiles, sign, vehicles, packaging, templates, print: each with an owner and a date, so the switch happens once and nothing stays half-changed.
How it works
Audit, decision, identity, rollout
Hover a step to hold it.
- 01Audit
Every carrier photographed, customers and staff asked what they recognise.
- 02What stays
The recognisable part named in writing: name, colour, shape. Agreed before drawing.
- 03Identity
Two or three directions built on that part, one at a time. Then the system and the rules.
- 04Rollout list
Every carrier with an owner and a date. Site and profiles switch on one day.
- 05Old version retired
Print runs out, signs are replaced, the old logo is allowed until a date you set.
Who this is for
Companies whose sign is older than their business
New services or a new market; the brand still says the old thing.
A merger or an acquisition; two identities and one future.
Van, sign and website disagree; nobody has the rules.
The name and the mark have to work in a second language and on a screen.
Price
Price after a short call. Identity steps from the brand ladder.
Logo from €500, identity from €1 000, brandbook from €2 000, plus the rollout named in the quote.
Questions
Questions people ask before a rebrand
When is a rebrand worth it, and when is it vanity?
Worth it when the company changed and the sign did not: new services, new market, a merger, a name that no longer fits, three versions of the logo in use. Vanity when the only reason is boredom with the mark. The audit answers this first: what people already recognise and what they get wrong. If they recognise the mark and get the offer right, we say keep it.
What stays and what changes in a rebrand?
What people recognise stays: often the name, sometimes a colour, sometimes the shape of the mark. What changes is what stopped working: the mark that does not hold small, the palette that fights the product, the type that cannot live in an interface, the rules nobody had. The result is a new identity built on the recognisable part, not a fresh start that throws recognition away.
How much does rebranding cost?
Priced after a short call, because it depends on how much exists and how many carriers change: a mark with a site and signs is one job; a network with vehicles, packaging and print is another. The identity steps follow the brand ladder, logo from €500 to a brandbook from €2 000, plus the rollout named in the quote.
How does the rollout across site, social and print work?
With a list. Every carrier gets a line: website, profiles, sign, vehicle, packaging, templates, print stock, and a date and an owner for each. The site and profiles switch on one day; print switches as stock runs out, with the old version allowed until a date you set. Nothing is left half-changed.
How long does a rebrand take?
From six weeks for the audit and the identity; the rollout depends on the carriers and is planned in the quote. The slowest part is usually deciding what stays, so we show it early and one option at a time.
Do we need a new website with a rebrand?
Often not the whole site: the new identity is applied to the existing structure if the structure works. If the site is also the problem, a redesign is planned alongside so the switch happens once.
