One question, one page, answered from our own prices and projects.
Short answer first, then the parts that depend on your case, then the situation where the answer does not work. No numbers without a source; the date on every page.
Money
- How much does AI automation cost?
From €500 per process and from €1 500 for a system of several processes, fixed in writing before work starts. A process is one path, for example an enquiry that gets a drafted reply and a follow-up, or a booking that gets a confirmation and a reminder.

From €500 for a basic assistant that answers questions from your own data, drafts replies for a person to approve and hands over what it cannot answer. The build is a fixed price; the running cost is the model’s usage bill, billed by the provider by volume.

Systems
- What can you automate in a small business?
The paths that repeat and lose money when they are late: replying to an enquiry, confirming and reminding a booking, following up a quote, chasing an invoice, and answering the ten questions customers ask most. Each is one process, priced from €500.
Updated 2026-09-04 · read the answer → - What happens when the AI agent does not know the answer?
It says so and hands over. The agent tells the customer that a person will reply and when, passes the whole conversation and a suggested next step to that person, and logs the question as a gap. It does not guess, and it never answers about money or health on its own.
Updated 2026-09-04 · read the answer → - Is it legal to use an AI agent with customers in the EU?
Yes, with conditions. The customer must be told they are talking to an assistant; personal data must be handled under GDPR, with a data processing agreement with the model provider and a privacy notice that says an assistant is used; and the transparency rules of the EU AI Act apply to systems that interact with people.

Working with us
- Who owns my website after launch?
You do, if the agency set it up that way. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting or platform account is yours, the code and the design files are handed over, and the licences for fonts and images are bought in your name. At HeadPills this is how every site is delivered, and it is written in the terms.

Yes. You sign a contract with and receive an invoice from a registered business in Wrocław, Poland. For an EU company the invoice is issued with VAT handled under EU rules for business customers; a company outside the EU is invoiced without VAT. Payment by bank transfer in euro.

Questions
About these pages
How do you choose the questions on the answers pages?
From what people actually ask: the enquiries that come through this site, the first calls with clients, and the questions search engines and assistants show for our services. A question gets a page when it repeats and when we can answer it from our own prices, projects and rules rather than from opinion.
How often are the answers updated?
When the fact behind them changes: a price on the ladder, a rule on the trust page, a law that comes into force. Every page shows the date it was last updated. We do not rewrite pages to look fresh.
Why are there no numbers on the answers pages without a source?
Because a number without a source is a guess dressed up. Prices come from our own price ladder, dates from our own projects, and study figures from research we ran ourselves and published with its method. Where we do not have a number, the page says so.
Your question is not here?
Ask it. If it repeats, it gets a page; either way you get an answer by email.
