The domain is registered in your name, the hosting or platform account is yours, the code and the design files are handed over, and the licences for fonts and images are bought in your name. Yes. You sign a contract with and receive an invoice from a registered business in Wrocław, Poland. For an EU company the invoice is issued with VAT handled under EU rules for business customers; a company outside the EU is invoiced without VAT. Payment by bank transfer in euro.
