WOW Tort: cakes are chosen with the eyes and argued about with the family.

WOW Tort makes cakes and desserts to order in Ukraine. The catalogue is the product, and the owner wanted to run it herself without calling anyone. We built the site in the brand’s mood on Webflow, with categories, current and sale prices, delivery, and an order form cut to what a baker genuinely needs.

The project

Task, approach, what went live

The task

A cake is chosen by looking and then argued about with the family, so the site had to win both moments: appetite first, then the practical details.

The owner wanted full control of the catalogue: new cakes, categories, prices and promotions without a developer.

The approach

We built the catalogue on a CMS the owner controls: author cakes, classics, gingerbread and pastries, each in its own category with a current price and a separate sale price.

The order form asks only what a baker needs: flavour, weight, date, contact. Every field that would make someone stop was cut. The site was moved onto the client’s own domain, and we stayed hands-on through the tweaks.

What went live

A Webflow site in Ukrainian with a catalogue, delivery, partners, vacancies, news and an order form, run by the owner. Domain and hosting in the client’s name.

What the site does

Seen on the live site, September 2026

  • Appetite first

The brand’s mood and the cakes carry the first screen.

  • Owner-run catalogue

Categories, prices and sale prices set without a developer.

  • Short order form

Flavour, weight, date, contact; nothing that stops someone mid-form.

  • Delivery explained

How and when the cake arrives, on its own page.

“Really happy. They built the site, moved it onto our own domain, and stayed in touch the whole time. Whatever I asked, I got an answer right away. Thank you!”

Questions

Facts about the WOW Tort project

Can the WOW Tort owner update the catalogue herself?

Yes. The site is on Webflow; cakes, categories, prices and sale prices are edited by the owner without a developer.

Why is the WOW Tort order form so short?

Because every extra field makes someone stop filling it in. The form asks for flavour, weight, date and contact, which is what a baker actually needs to start.

What sections does the WOW Tort site have?

The catalogue, delivery, vacancies, a partners page, news and the order form, in Ukrainian.
