UCO: a Toronto contractor’s site that reads capability first and ages well.

UCO Construction Group builds decks, fences, flooring and painting in Toronto. The buyer is often a household or a committee reading on a phone, so the site puts what the company does and how it works before the gallery, and every repeated element is one reusable component. Webflow, English.

Capability before photography

What the company does, how it works and who to talk to, before the gallery.

The project

Task, approach, what went live

The task

In Canadian construction the buyer is rarely one person: a household, a strata council, a committee. The website has to survive being forwarded around it and read well on a phone in a meeting.

UCO Construction Group works on decks, fences, flooring and painting in Toronto. That audience reads capability before photography: what the company does, how the process runs, and who signed off on the last comparable job.

The approach

We structured the site to read capability first and let the project gallery earn its place at the end instead of opening the argument.

Every repeated modal and block on the site was rebuilt as a single reusable component, so the company changes one and changes all of them, and the site does not quietly rot the first time somebody else touches it.

What went live

A corporate site on Webflow in English, engineered to age well: a component system the client edits without breaking the layout. Domain and hosting in the client’s name.

What the site does

Seen on the live site, September 2026

  • Services first

Decks, fences, flooring and painting explained before any photo.

  • Process on a page

How a job runs from quote to finish, for a client who forwards it to whoever decides.

  • Reusable components

Repeated blocks are one component each; one edit changes all of them.

  • Gallery at the end

Past jobs where they earn their place, after the facts.

  • Quote from a phone

A short path to a request that works in a meeting.

  • Edited by the client

Webflow editor for texts and projects.

Questions

Facts about the UCO Construction Group project

What does UCO do, and what does the site show first?

Decks, fences, flooring and painting in Toronto, as on the live site in September 2026. The site shows the services and the process first and the gallery last, because the buyer is often a committee reading capability before photos.

What is the UCO site built on?

Webflow, with every repeated block built as a reusable component so the client changes one and changes all of them.

Can the UCO team edit the site themselves?

Yes. Texts, services and projects are edited in Webflow; the component system keeps the layout intact when they do.
